There's a new Deluge Thing taking root in DC's comic books, and the Felo-de-se Squad's next mission is to hound him down and kill him in a two-part crossover outcome this August.

In the August 3 issues of Suicide Squad #6 and The Swampland Thing #6, Amanda Waller sets her sights on the novel Deluge Matter, Levi Kamei - primary by sending Browning machine gun, then the whole team up. This was proclaimed as part of DC's August 2021 schedule.

Robbie Thompson, Dexter Soya, and Eduardo Pansica kick things off in Suicide Squad #6.

"Bloodsport's first mission with the Team goes pear-shaped as the Crime Syndicate captures Amanda Waller's broker on Earth-3. Away sending in a team up to take Bloodsport home, Waller may as wel be able to extract some other Self-annihilation Squad member for her untried team up, if she plays her cards right and doesn't care who else she loses in the process," reads DC's description of Self-annihilation Team #6. "As partially of the team up heads into the Multiverse, Peacemaker gets a new assignment to track down and eliminate St. Matthew Kamei—the new-sprung Swamp Thing!"

That's then continued past Ram V and Mike Perkins over in The Inundate Thing #6.
